Zoo Lights

Zoo lights!! So we have seen some pretty cool Christmas zoo lights before but These St. Louis zoo lights were by far the best we have seen. The pictures do not do them justice.

We did not plan our time this year very well! Christmas is sneaking up on us quite fast this year. We did not get our Christmas card out in time! Our Weekend away together!

With all the traveling and hustle and bustle this time of year we decide to just take a weekend for us. A little fun romantic trip, and that's what it was a lot of fun! We drove up to Galena IL a very cute small town where we stayed in a cozy lodge went snowboarding on a romantic horse carriage ride, spent a lot of time in the small town walking through antique stores and for those who don't know we love going through antique stores.

Christmas Decorations

We are not putting up a tree this year because we will be out of town most of December but we did still decorate!

Our halloween and Thanksgiving

This year for Halloween we attended the trunk or treat. We went as Wes the scare crow and I went as the crow. We also carved pumpkins! Jack the pumpkin king and the boogieman!

For Thanksgiving this year it was just Wesley and I but we loved the time together in our sweat pants relaxing and cooking!
